Rossie Crafts is committed to your happiness.  Please contact us about any issues with your order.   If we have made an error, we will correct our mistakes at our expense.  In other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.  PDF patterns are non-returnable and non-refundable.
